Glad you found the answer. The screenshots are encrypted of course, so you can't just open them up as JPEG's, etc.

You need to place them back into the RDS log folder and then view them through the Viewer/Agent if you ever want to back them up and view them later.

So if I want to copy the images and logs from the client computer I am monitoring - can I? Copy them to my pc for viewing? Also - when I purchase the license file electronicly what company info is going to show up in my bank account?

You can download the files from the client computer using the File Explorer, or by exporting them whilst you are viewing them. If you have access to the client PC then you can just copy the files from the hard drive to a network location or USB stick, etc.

I believe your credit card statement will show PLI*GLOBALPATROL for this order.

One last question.
When I export the logs I see they are a .csv file. Does this retain the screen shot image also or just the key stroke texts? I assume there is an import feature also so I can place these back on a pc with the agent for viewing?
If I use file explorer while the user is on the pc, can the user on the client pc see what I am doing?

The csv files do not retain any screenshots as they are a text only file format. Once exported to csv you cannot import this back into our software.

The 'File Explorer' is totally invisible to the user - they cannot see what you are browsing or download.
